1. Agreement Overview

By purchasing a website plan or add-on service from United Foundry, LLC ("United Foundry," "we," "us"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms. These terms govern all website design, development, hosting, and related marketing services provided by United Foundry.

2. Service Plans

United Foundry offers two website plans:

Starter Plan: A 5-page custom website with hosting, mobile-responsive design, SEO foundation setup, contact form, Google Business Profile integration, and social media tools. The Client is responsible for managing their own website updates using the tools provided.

Full Service Plan: Everything in the Starter plan, plus up to a 10-page website, advanced on-page SEO/AEO setup, lead capture via GoHighLevel CRM, ongoing monthly content updates, a performance analytics dashboard, automated email/SMS follow-ups, and priority support and maintenance. United Foundry manages all website updates on the Client's behalf.

Add-on services (Google/Facebook Ads, SEO & AI Ranking, Social Media Management) are available at an additional cost starting at $500/month each.

3. Agreement Term & Billing

Initial Term: Both the Starter and Full Service plans require a minimum 1-year agreement from the date of first payment. After the initial term, the agreement converts to month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice via email.

Why a 1-year term? United Foundry esentially "finances" the cost of your website build — a project that would typically cost $3,000–$7,000+ if billed upfront. The monthly plan allows you to spread that cost over time. The 1-year term protects both parties during this investment period.

Billing: Plans are billed monthly via the payment method provided at signup. Payments are due on the same date each month. United Foundry reserves the right to suspend services if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 10 days.

Price Variance: Both plans are listed as "starting at" their respective monthly rates. Final pricing may vary based on the number of pages, custom feature requirements, or scope agreed upon during onboarding. Any variance from the listed price will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Website Ownership

Upon completion of the website and while the Client's account is current and all invoices are paid, the Client owns 100% of the code, content, and assets created by United Foundry. This includes all design files, copy, and images sourced or created specifically for the Client's project.

Platform: Websites are built on GoHighLevel, an open platform. Clients are NOT locked into United Foundry's platform and may migrate their website at any time, provided their account is in good standing and term has been completed.

Upon Cancellation: If the Client cancels their plan, United Foundry will Cooperate to transfer website to another Go High Level host within 14 business days of the final payment being received. Any outstanding balances must be settled before the website(s) are released.

5. Project Timeline & Revisions

Initial Concept: United Foundry will deliver initial website design concepts within 2–3 business days of receiving the completed onboarding questionnaire and first payment.

Full Build: Most projects are completed in less than 2 weeks. More complex builds can take several weeks depending on scope and the Client's responsiveness during the revision process.

Revision Process: Upon delivery of the initial design concept, United Foundry will schedule a 1-hour video call with the Client to review the design and collect feedback. Revisions will be made based on feedback gathered during this call. To maintain affordable pricing, United Foundry does not offer unlimited back-and-forth unlimited revision cycles. Additional revision rounds beyond what is agreed upon during onboarding may be billed at an hourly rate.

Client Responsibilities: Timely delivery of content, design concepts and feedback is required. Delays caused by the Client may extend the project timeline without penalty to United Foundry.

6. SEO Services

SEO Foundation Setup (included in all plans): All websites include a one-time on-page SEO configuration at launch, including meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, canonical links, XML sitemap, robots.txt,. This setup makes the website search-engine-ready but does not guarantee specific search rankings.

SEO & AI Ranking Add-On (not included in base plans): Ongoing off-page SEO work — including backlink building, new service/location pages, citation management (Yelp, Angi, Houzz, etc.), and AI search visibility optimization — is available as a paid add-on. This add-on is only available when bundled with the Google/Facebook Ads add-on.

United Foundry does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or lead counts. SEO results depend on factors outside United Foundry's control including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and Client responsiveness

7. Ads & Marketing Add-Ons

Google/Facebook Ads management, SEO & AI Ranking, and Social Media Management are sold as separate add-on services. Ad spend (the actual budget paid to Google or Facebook) is billed separately and directly to the Client — it is not included in United Foundry's management fee.

8. Client-Provided Content

The Client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, or materials provided to United Foundry for use on the website do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. United Foundry will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark claims arising from Client-provided materials.

9. Confidentiality

United Foundry will not sell, share, or disclose any Client business information, lead data, or CRM data to third parties. This site uses SSL encryption. All information submitted through United Foundry's systems is encrypted and secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

United Foundry's total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim. United Foundry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or lost business opportunities.

11. Termination

By the Client: The Client may cancel their plan with 30 days written notice after the initial 1-year term has been completed. Cancellation during the initial term will result in the remaining balance of the term becoming due.

By United Foundry: United Foundry reserves the right to terminate services with 30 days written notice if the Client violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior toward United Foundry staff, or if the Client's account remains delinquent for more than 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in Lee County, Florida.
