1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are licensed or established home builders or construction business owners aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

• Entrants must have at least one active or recently completed building project.

• Only one entry per business is permitted, unless a valid second entry is obtained as outlined below.

• Employees, contractors, affiliates, or immediate family members of United Foundry Marketing are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

Entrants may enter the giveaway by completing the official entry form available on the United Foundry giveaway landing page during the promotion period.
Each eligible business will receive one (1) primary entry after submitting the form with accurate business and contact information.

Optional Second Entry

After completing the initial giveaway registration:

• Selected participants may be offered a chance to earn one (1) additional entry by scheduling and completing a discovery call with a member of the United Foundry Marketing team.

• Any entrant who was not directly invited may also obtain this same second entry opportunity by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Second Entry.”

  • The email must include your business name, contact person, phone number, and project details.

  • All requests for a second entry must be received before the giveaway’s closing date listed on the official landing page.

No purchase or payment is required to obtain a second entry.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date posted on the official entry page and closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the stated deadline. Entries submitted after that time will not be counted.

5. Prize Details

The winner will receive a custom marketing website designed and developed by United Foundry Marketing, valued at up to $10,000 USD, depending on project scope and included features.

Included Website Deliverables

The prize website will include:

• Home Page — professional, conversion-optimized design

• About Page — company overview and branding content

• Services Page — list of core services and capabilities

• Contact Page — contact form, map, and basic business information

• Virtual Showroom Page — image gallery or project showcase

This scope represents the complete deliverable of the giveaway.
No additional pages, integrations, revisions, plugins, paid tools, hosting, or ongoing marketing services are guaranteed or included in the prize.
Any additional customization, content creation, or functionality requested beyond the above-listed pages may be quoted separately at the discretion of United Foundry Marketing.

Project Completion Clause

The website will be deemed complete upon approval of United Foundry Management.
Once United Foundry determines that the deliverables listed above have been fulfilled and the project meets the expected standard of completion, the giveaway prize will be considered fulfilled in full.
At that point, no additional services, revisions, maintenance, or ongoing support are required or implied as part of the giveaway.
Any further modifications or requests beyond this point may be subject to a separate paid agreement.

6. Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen based on eligibility and business qualification, including project type, quality, and alignment with the giveaway’s purpose.
Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 business days of the selection date.
If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Qualification & Disqualification

United Foundry reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information,

• Engages in fraudulent behavior, or

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.

Being selected for this giveaway does not guarantee ongoing marketing services or partnership beyond the outlined prize.

8. Marketing Communication Disclosure

By entering this giveaway, participants consent to receive marketing communications from United Foundry Marketing, including email newsletters, promotions, and business-related outreach.

• You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

• Participation in the giveaway constitutes acknowledgment that United Foundry Marketing may contact you for business development or promotional purposes.

• Your information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

9. Publicity Consent

By entering, participants grant United Foundry Marketing the right to use their business name, logo, and project images for promotional purposes — including winner announcements, social media posts, and marketing materials — without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

United Foundry Marketing is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or misdirected entries,

• Technical or internet failures,

• Software or system errors, or

• Any damages or losses related to participation or use of the prize.

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless United Foundry Marketing and its affiliates from all liability related to participation or acceptance of the prize.

11. General Conditions

United Foundry Marketing reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if technical failures, fraud, or other causes affect the integrity of the promotion.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan.
Participation constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
